You received a damaged product so now what?
Complaints and claims may concern products bought in the online store- www.wallcolors.com, which have some manufacturing defects, such as:
wrong size or frame, wrong material, manufacturing faults, lack of an element of the order.
If you find any of mentioned above problems before installation, write to [email protected] with the note:” complaint + your order number” in the title. Attach also a picture of the damaged product. Within 14 days we consider the complaint and send you a part or whole order without additional cost or we return the money. The complaint regards only a product that was not used, with some defects described above. The claim shall not be accepted if the product was cut, installed or used in any other way. It does not cover others aspects, for example: installation costs. If you find some defects during the process of installation, stop working and contact us. We do not accept any liability if a Buyer or an Installer mounted a faulty product.
Please note that colouring differences resulting from incorrect representation of the screen cannot be the basis for the complaint. It is impossible to eliminate in 100% an image shift.
